1.      At the inception, you will apply to us to access the Doha Bank Internet Banking Service. Any information contained in the Application Form or its annexes shall be treated as personal information and shall be retained by the Bank so that we can provide you with the service you request.

2.      After you become a valued Subscriber, our electronic banking system records your online sessions, including the financial and non-financial transactions you conduct online. This data enables us to process and confirm your transactions. It also enables the banking application to provide you with automatic online reports.

3.      E-mails sent by you are also retained by the Bank and are considered as personal and confidential correspondence data.

Protection of Personal Information and account data

Doha Bank will use personal information as appropriate in the normal course of our business to provide the service you have requested. We also send account statements, e-mail updates on services, transactions and other materials we believe will be of importance or interest to you.
